Then theres one of the largest, most dangerous distractions the person sitting next to you. And not to forget the noisy children in the back seat. Legal aspects, at least for now, despite putting the other drivers at an increased risk of collision. (In California, using a cell phone while driving brings you a ticket for $ 20 - well away from prison - starting in December 2008.)
